• hotbird and 19.2 dish problem

The Foxsat is fully DiSEqC capable, but not exactly user friendly.

So, I suggest you read this _http://www.astra2d.com/diseqc.html

But you must allocate Ports as described (And the Foxsat does use A, B etc as opposed to 1, 2 etc.) as this is the only way the Receiver can switch on the relevant head on the Monoblock (They are not both active at the same time).

And (of course) you have the wrong head in the clamp. Your offset head is actually looking 6 deg the other side of 13E ie at 7E!

Give it a rest overnight, then before you start twiddling I strongly suggest you carefully re-read our instructions.

Five minute job after that (once you’ve set the Foxsat correctly)

A word of warning, though: The pre-stored Tranpsonder lists in the Foxsat are way out of date so I suggest you keep an eye on the up to date lsitings on Flysat or Lyngsat and ensure you set up using a valid Transponder. Once happy, then select “Network” and do a scan and it should find most of the remasining current Transponders (but not all, as this is not a Blind Scan- so if you have any desired Channels still missing, you will need to create. “User Transponders”
