    Insufficient info!

    Who installed it and when?

    What are the makes/models of all the bits ie Receiver, Motor, Dish, LNB?

    Are you using DiSEqC positioning or USALS?

    Has it been windy?

    Is the problem the same on all Satellites or just some?
